Windows 10: File Explorer shows ONLY OneDrive. Folders/Files

We have Win 11 Home on HP Desktop. Husband's hard drive suddenly filled up to 97%. In trying to find out why, PC only used for web/email, I was using File Explorer to look for large files I could delete or what was wrong. Still don't know the answer to that. My immediate problem is that I Shut Down the PC. When I restarted it and clicked on File Explorer, it only shows OneDrive items. I know I must have accidentally changed something, but I can't figure out what. The description on the Tab = Home. The box where the path is shown have a little house icon, followed by > Home >. I

File Explorer Not Showing Files/Folders

On Windows 10, File Explorer does not always show files or folders that I have saved in OneDrive. There seems to be no pattern to which files or folders will not be visible. When I open OneDrive in my browser, all the files are there, but not in File Explorer.

 

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.
