Windows 10: File Explorer Sign in - defaults to secondary account rather than primary account

I see a "Please sign in" notice in File Explorer, but when I click on it to do so, it defaults to a secondary account I sometimes use and not the account I typically use for logging into Windows or Microsoft services.Can I change this?

As per your query, you can sign into Local Account
and then you can switch back to Microsoft Account. While
switching back to another account, you can provide the New E-mail Account.


I suggest you to follow the below steps;

• 
  Click on Start Icon.
  
• 
  Select Settings from the menu.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts.
  
• 
  Select the option Sign in with a
  Local Account Instead.
  
• 
  Once you are logged in to the Local Account,
  repeat step 1 to step 3.
  
• 
  Now, select the option Sign in with a Microsoft Account Instead.
  
  (In this method you can provide your new account)
  

Note: The above steps will help you to switch to users, which will act as primary account, but it will not synchronize your personal settings. The default settings will be set to
the user account.

I entered my primary account email but the Share button does nothing

It is possible that you get the error User Profile Service failed the sign-in can be caused by corrupted user profile login. To better assist you, we'd like to ask if have you tried creating a new account. You may login to your admin account
by following these steps:

• Login to your Admin Account and go to the Users folder on C: drive.
• To show hidden files, click View in the file explorer top menu and put a check on the checkbox
  File name extension and Hidden Items.
• Rename the Default folder to Default.old.
• Create a new folder named Default.
• Create Sub Folders inside the new default folder with the same names as found in Default.old like
  C:\Users\Default\Desktop, C:\Users\Default\Documents, C:\Users\Default\Downloads,
  and C:\Users\Default\Pictures.
• Copy NTUSER.DAT file from your admin account or a user account that is working and paste it into the Default folder.

You should be able to create a new user profile and login.
