  2. File Explore loads forever

We are currently suffering from an issue that 3 windows 11 users fail to open any directory or files with file explore.
When user clicks on a file/dir, the cursor turns to the load icon and loads forever.
Even if we kill and restart File Explorer/ restart the PC, the issue still exists.
We have try several way to solve bu not works:
    sfc /scannow
    rebuild index
    DISM
    Windows Troubleshoot tool
Windows Update (KB5028185) (Helps for several hours but the issue occurs after a day)

  3. Windows 10 - file explorer not working, progress bar is loading forever (working on it)

The file explorer was just working fine until stopped working (not really).

The loading bar took forever to load and the explorer just said "Working on it...".

It loaded forever in all folders, but the "working on it" part only appeared on the Quick Access and This PC tabs.

For some reason all the other folders (downloads, music, videos, documents, etc.) are working fine (the files' thumbnails take a while to load).

    PC specs:

    Aspire E5-521

    processor: amd quad-core processor a6-6310

    graphics: amd radeon r4 graphics

    ram: 4 gb ddr3 l memory

hard drive size: 1000 gb hdd
