  1. File Explorer Upload Screen From Browser Slow

So, while uploading media from any browser, I have noticed that the File Explorer screen for uploading media is extremely slow and unresponsive after the latest updates, it takes an minute to load. However, after restarting File Explorer, it works fine for some time. Is there any fix for this issue? This happens from Edge , Opera or any browser.

    :)

Uploading Image Files dialog box not including JPEG files

    Hello,

If you have a jpeg 2000 file format it will not work with Internet Explorer due to incompatibility or security reasons.

We suggests that you try the steps below:

Method 1: Reset zones to default

    • On Internet explorer > Go to Tools.
    • Click Security > Click on Reset all zones to default level

    Method 2:

    • Go to the website you want to upload the files.
    • Click on Tools drop down.
    • Choose Compatibility View Settings > Then add the website.
    • Refresh the page and try to upload the files again.

Let us know how it goes.

  3. Windows 10 file explorer very slow (working on it...) issue

This seemed to help. Time will tell. It certainly is more helpful and practical than the suggestion to end toe Explorer task and start a new one.

    Slow Browser

    Hi Susan,

To address your concern, we would like to know the following:

    • Have you already performed a speedtest for your internet connection?
    • Does your other devices experience the same slowness in browsing?
    • Have you turned off your addons on your browsers?

For the meantime, you can perform a reset on your Internet Explorer 11 / Microsoft Edge by following the steps on this

    link
    .

Let us know how it goes.

    Best regards.
