Windows 10: File Explorer Vanished

My File Explore on Window 11 disappeared shortly after installing the Files App alternative to Explorer from the Microsoft Store. The new Files App works great. However, whenever I, or some other programs such as OneDrive, referenced File Explorer I got something to the effect of "Not Found." I thought I had deleted it by mistake. Soluition: if you are a Files App user, go into setup the gear icon in the upper right corner, go to Advanced, see "Experimental" section and see option: "Set Files as the default file manager," My was toggled On. I toggled Off. File Explorer was now im

Computers Vanished From File Explorer But Network Still Works

I agree with @Try3. I have tried every suggested method to fix Windows networking suggested on these forums. All at best only worked for a short time. The only things that helped was:

1. Batch file I suggested in an earlier post
2. Creating shortcuts to computers on my home network

Note these two things are not fixes but workaround. However, at least they help and have never failed. I have shortcuts set up for eight computers on my home network. I have created a folder on my desktop called My Network to hold the shortcuts. They have a mix of the following operating systems:

• Windows 10 - 4
• Windows 7 - 3
• Windows XP - 1

Windows 10 21H2 This morning when I booted up my my refurbished computers, a laptop and a PC which I had been running on a wired Windows Home Network for nearly a year, I was perplexed to see that they had both vanished from the "Network" folder in Windows File Explorer; all that showed up on my laptop was my router:

But on File Explorer's listing on the PC, there also appeared a mystery item called tsclient:

When I click on tsclient, all that happens is "no preview available" appears in the preview pane. Yet, in spite of both computers having vanished from File Explorer, the network connection between them seems to be functioning just fine. I'm able to run Windows Remote Desktop between the computers, in both directions, without any problems. And a back-up utility I use is able to back-up my files from the laptop to the PC and also to an external USB hard drive plugged into the PC. I tried running netcfg -d as administrator on both machines, and then rebooting. I'd learned that trick here in TenForums some time ago, but this time it didn't help. So, based on help I got last May from dalchina here in this forum, I looked at my "Advanced sharing settings." I'd be grateful if someone could look at them too, and tell me if they need adjusting:

Hi Samuria, Thanks for suggesting NetBScanner. I just ran it on my laptop (Delbert) and it found my PC (Lenny). But it did not find the laptop it was running on. Here's what the result looks like:

And here's the NetBScanner result from my PC (a.k.a. "Lenny"):

Note that even though no data at all appears in the NetBScanner result on the PC, the shortcut to File Explorer on the Laptop (a.k.a. "Delbert) does show the laptop listed under the "Network" folder. (Though, if I look at "Network" with File Explorere directly from the laptop, neither the laptop nor the PC appears there. To further add to the confusion, last night before heading off to bed, I did run NetBScanner on the PC and I could swear that it showed the laptop in it's results; but when I ran it again this morning it showed nothing at all.
