File Explorer Win10 sees my Galaxy S20+ when it's set to "Transferring Images" but sees...

I have multiple folder of images in my SD card and used to be able to see all folders in my SD card when set to Transferring files/audio. Now just recently when I set the S20+ to "Transferring files/audio" instead of the "Transferring Images" option, File Explorer no longer sees the phone. It makes the default audio that a device has been disconnected from File Explorer. If I change back to the "Transferring Images" then FE sees the phone and SD card but no other folders under the SD card. I am wondering if my recent transfer from ATT to Cricket could have cause this issue. Thanks for any

    :)

FTP transfer, files not keep their original date-time

Hi MisterEd, We are not talking about the same thing. Read closely my post#1. " I managed to connect and transfer files from my PC by FTP via Win10 File-Explorer File to my Samsung Galaxy S20 mobile. the files transferred to the mobile does not keep the original date-time. They take the date-time of the day of the transfer." I did not find an option in the Win10 File Explorer that allows to preserve the Date-Time. Total Commander has this option (see image post#4).

File Explorer is detecting my Samsung Galaxy S20 phone, but it's not detecting any of the photos and videos on the phone

I would like to transfer my photos and videos from my Samsung Galaxy S20 to my ASUS Q547 laptop which is running Windows 10. When I connect the two devices with a USB cable, my phone's name is showing up in File Explorer under "Devices" but then when I double click on my phone's name it says, "This folder is empty" despite there being 822 MB of photos and 85.25 GB of videos on my phone. The "DCIM" I was used to seeing when I connected my previous android phone is not showing up anywhere in my attempts. I can't figure out why File Explorer is detecting my phone but not the photos and videos themselves. I have tried setting the "use for" USB settings to both "Transferring files / Android Auto" as well as "Transferring images" but I'm having no luck with either option. My phone is out of memory at this point so I would love to get the videos off my phone.
