Windows 10: File Explorer Win11 is now less flexible and not customizable.

File Explorer is the best way to see and access all folders and files in Windows, it is the mainstay. Two items are a bother, one new and one that has never been improved.1 Instead of making File Explorer more flexible - moving Quick Access entries up and down in the list, as was possible in Win10, "Home" entries now drop into the bottom and are stuck. This was a marvelous feature in the previous version which helped customize jumping into folders. Please allow users to shift the list order as before. 2 The Preview window and column widths settings need flexibility. Windows has a cramped-up

Customizable Calendar Reminder periods

There is a longer list of reminder periods on you live.com calendar but it is still not customizeable

• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
