Windows 10: File explorer won't open

Whenever I try to open file explorer, or anything that includes opening file explorer, the whole desktop disappears, along with taskbar and then the screen turns dark gray. It lasts for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal.I searched a lot, and tried these solutions:-Disabled antivirus-Disabled context menu's using ShellExView-Booting into safemode-Updating Windows-Downloading again with ISO-sfcscan-DISM repair-Clear file explorer historyYet, none of them worked.The event viewer shows this in Application logs:Faulting application name: Explorer.EXE, version: 1

File Explorer STILL not opening

Greetings,

File Explorer has not been opening for at least a month. I have followed Microsoft's given steps in Fix
File Explorer if it won't open or start multiple times with no success. Has anyone found a solution?

upload those files again : When you Run

the troubleshooter,.Restart the Pc after finish

to let any repair be - Saved on the system

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
