Windows 10: File explorer

Whenever I plug in a flash drive into my PC and try to open it with file explorer it crashes! Is there any easy fix? I have tried the flash drive on other Windows 10 computers and it works fine. I have also tried other flash drives on this computer and none of them work either. Please help!

• Click the Start Menu.
• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
