Windows 10: file explorer

I cant see a folder and any local disk in my file explorer and i have tried all the methods shown on microsoft website. Please help me with that becase i am unable to do my work.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
