Windows 10: File explorer

This has been happening for a while where if I have file explorer open in the background, and I am say in a game or doing other tasks, it will randomly tab over to file explorer without my touching anything and completely mess me up. Does anyone know how to stop this?

• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
