Windows 10: file history backup on my Surface Pro X is missing

    file history backup on my Surface Pro X is missing


    I am unable to run file history backup on a relatively new Surface Pro X. It has never worked on this device.The Backup GUI is missing from Settings/Update & Security.Also, the file history service, fhsvc.dll is missing from C:\Windows\System32.Running these commands didn't help:sfc /scannow , thenDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth, thensfc /scannowRunning Settings/Update & Security/Recovery/Reset this PC didn't help.Is there a know issue on Surface Pro X?Is there some other way to download and install the correct fhsvc.dll?
