    I wonder if you can help please. I have a message in Windows 11 "File history doesn't recognise this drive". Unknown error. Please reconnect the drive. The problem is that all the solutions say go to settings, then back up, the exact tree is a microsoft solution, this is just a precis and when I go to back up all I get is "one drive" no hard drives are shown for me to reconnect.. I've scanned the drive under disc management and I've checked under disc management and file history is running. I have of course tried a system restore, but unfortunately it failed. I just want a way to reco

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Thanke your reply . But windows doesn t leave me to write the code. I don t reach my files, so i don t rrrach anything else. Now we will try to system reboot feom pendrive
