Windows 10: File keeps reverting after changing it to Read-Only

Discus and support File keeps reverting after changing it to Read-Only in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; To make it short, I need all files in one of the folders to be set as read-only and when I open the program 2 of the files are missing read-only...     File keeps reverting after changing it to Read-Only


    To make it short, I need all files in one of the folders to be set as read-only and when I open the program 2 of the files are missing read-only checks. It's like its reverting to a previous state as soon as the program is opened. Is there any way to make these files permanently read-only because I couldn't find anything about this problem anywhere is always the other way round.

    Folder keeps reverting to read-only

    Every time I un-check the "read-only" attribute on a folder it automatically reverts the changes I've made.

    I tried taking full control of the folder as the administrator and as users and I've also tried using "attrib -r +s drive:\\" in run but it doesnt seem to work.

    How can I change the file to read only and keep it from changing back?
    (I'm on windows 10 Home)

    Music files are Read Only in Windows 10 and I cannot change it

    I have been trying to synch my IPhone music files. I keep getting and error 54. I tried to change my Music folder and unchecked the Read Only box. After it runs through the changes in the folders and subfolders it will revert back the checked Read Only.
    I have tried all of the suggestions to change to Administrator, etc. listed in the posted threads. Nothing works.

    What can I do? This is NOT what I signed up for when I upgraded to Windows 10. Nothing I do works. Please help.

    files reverting to read only?

    I keep having a problem where my game files are set to read-only and I can't save, when I try to stop the files from being read only throuth the normal means (just deselecting the option) it will revert to being read only as soon as I exit the tab. How
    do I solve this?
