Windows 10: File Loss - Blue Screen Error

Hello,My computer, using Windows 11, experienced a "blue screen error" this evening. Now all of my files and bookmarks in my web browser have disappeared. I tried to do a system restore but keep getting a message stating that my anti-virus systems is preventing system restore from working. I've turned all of that off but I still get the message.How do I restore my missing files and bookmarks? Thank you.Rob
