Windows 10: File missing after dragging them out of the onedrive file

I recently turned off onedrive and kept all my files locally, I saw that all my desktop files where stored on my desktop and in a folder called desktop in folder called onedrive kept in my user directory same for the image folder. I thought those were old copy since onedrive was turned off, so I dragged this desktop folder in the bin, but all my desktop files went in the bin too. To see what happened I dragged the onedrive image folder on my desktop, then I did Ctrl+Z multiple times so that both folders returned to the onedrive folder, the image folder was as expected but the desktop file th

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
