Windows 10: File name

Discus and support File name in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to change my user file name because I did not like it.     I tried to change my user file name because I did not like it. But, when I tried to change it, it said "File is opened somewhere or in a different program" how do I fix this???
