    Answers to this question on this board say windows explorer doesn't allow file names in other fonts / bold / colour etc. Then how is it I have a folder as shown in the attached pic?

    Bold font

    unfortunately that didn't help. I'm still getting that bold font. I'm not sure which it is but Arial seems to be the go to font. I tried to uninstall the Bold one and was unable to do so. They said it was protected. Any other suggestions?

    Balloon Bold Font

    You need to locate the specific font file and right-click on it. The font name would be Balloon Bold Regular.ttf.
