File names not showing, order too not proper. Happens to all files, including control panel

For a while, my computer was lagging really hard, and I noticed that some of the folder names on my desktop went black as seen in both images The icons look fine. It happened to 3/20 of my app/folders on my desktop. When I opened them, some looked like this: While some looked like this:The name of the folders also disappear for a short while after I hover over themFile locations look like this:Even the control panel only has icons but not the wordsI can click on them, which still shows nothing but iconsSettings work just fine, What is the problem here?

    :)

you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

What's the Proper Way of Naming Files?

I use that method for folders.

When I create Backup Images, I use that method for System Reports and Storage Setup.
