    File Restorer Will not Retain Excluded files?


    I saw this question in 2015 on Win 10 and yet here we are 10 years later and it still doesn't work?Come on Microsoft, get something done or offer some real advice and not just run SFC.

    does system restore retain files?

    There are no personal files in a restore point.

    Deleted file restore software.

    I cant remember if it recovers old files OR leaves new files on the computer even after you do the restore. I havent used it in a while.
