    Help!

New phenomenon for me. Running an iPhone X and a win10-pc. Transferred 1.000 Fotos using the explorer (the way I’ve always done). After I moved (not copied!) the pictures I check them on the pc and it turns out that lots and lots of them are shown to be about 10 GB each and - of course - can’t be opened. The whole folder with the pictures has a supposed size of 30 TB. while the ssd the pics are on is only 250 GB big.

No pictures left on the phone (because I moved them to the pc). (Almost) no usable pics on pc. And now I’m missing holiday pics of my children and have a very unhappy wife. I am even more sad, because I should have copied them instead of moving. And after checking the files I could’ve deleted them from the phone.

    No iCloud fotos activated.

Is there anything that I can try to recover the pictures? I still have them on the pc but can’t do anything with them because of the horrific size.

Found an android user who posted about a comparable phenomenon in early 2019 on answers.Microsoft.com. No solution there. Was told it was a - then known - bug in win 10 and next update will solve it.

    Thx for reading! Pug

    Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

how to enable normal/bigger size from small font size in toolbar and next to icons

    Hi Tim,

For us to address you concern, we suggest following these steps on how to increase the text size of toolbars, application labels and folder names:

    • On Cortana search, type display settings.
    • Choose Display settings from the list.
    • Click on Advanced display settings.
    • Under Related settings, select on Advanced sizing of text and other items.
    • Under Change only the text size, change specific items on your preferred text size then click on
      Apply.

If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out.
