Windows 10: File system analysis software?

Are there any softwares that can analyze every file and folder in 2 main folders to determine that their contents are identical, and if not determine the exact difference? For example if I were trying to backup a folder, but want to confirm if anything was even changed since the last backup. Perhaps just one added file or something. Or a file became larger or something.

Hello all!

Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions for file organizing software, specifically software that can find duplicates and help weed them out. Im migrating some old stuff to my new build and seems I have a TON of duplicate files, but it will take me months to go through it all.

Free software would be great, but if its good Ill gladly pay.

there is something wrong with suggested for you list on npu page. clicking on picture of dd:da review from suggested for you list leads to perormance analysis instead of review. hovering mouse over it shows in status bar correct link to review but clicking on picture reloads analysis.
links from reviews&articles page works fine.

edit: link from home page of npu sends you to analysis instead of review as well.
