Windows 10: File system error -2018374635 and black screen unable to interact with desktop.

So I joined Windows Insiders and updated to Windows 11 to check it out because I heard it ran games faster, but I was not satisfied because of how late and unsupported it is. So I rolled back to windows 10. I was able sign in but cant interact with the desktop i.e start, taskbar, etc.. I opened Task manager and voila I was still able to access some programs. But when I tried opening images and videos, the error shows up. I think it is related to the updates and changes my computer went through so I just want to ask what should I do because I'm now scared of messing around furthermore with my
