    File system error (-2147163901) any suggestions how to fix this?

    My daughter's Surface-PRO shows the following error

    CFile system error -2147163901. How can I fix it? :program Files\Windows App\Microsoft.MicrosftOfficeHub_18.2204.1141.0_x64...\WebViewHost.exe

    As of right now Skype and OneNote do not work. Windows Updates are up to date. The IT manager from her school suggests doing a complete reset of the operating system, not only uninstalling and reinstalling those apps that are not working.

    Any comments or suggestions are welcomed.

    Error message "File system error (-2147163901)" in Pictures

    I cannot open individual items in "Pictures" with error message "File system error (-2147163901)" . Photos will not open at all though it is installed and has been reset. I am using Windows 10 Home on a PC. Any suggestions?
