Windows 10: File System Error (-2147219196) while trying to view a video from "movies and tv" app

i'm getting that error whenever i tried to whatch a video file. I can't even open the app itself and i tried to reinstall the app and perform a clean installation of Windows… any help?

I am having a bit of a problem trying to open videos on Windows 10. Everything was working fine the other day and I have no idea what could have caused this, but every time I try to open a video on my laptop I am met with this: File System Error -2147219196.
Also, whenever I try to open the Movies & TV app, it will open for a split second and close without any other prompt. If anyone has an idea on what I should do I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks!

Hello! When I try to open the Microsoft "Movies & TV" app on my Windows 10, it gives me this error "File system error (-2147219196)."

The last time it worked [properly] with no issues was before the first week of Feb. And started to act up after the new update.

I've tried everything I could to solve this issue with all the postings I've seen here and on other sites and no matter what I do, "Movies & TV" won't work. (The other apps work fine, but when every time I open the "Movies
& TV" app, it crashes immediately in 2 seconds.) I am also experiencing the same problem with my XBOX ONE MOVIE & TV app as well. But the only movies that don't show are the ones after Feb 1st.
