    I tried Windows key+ R and typed ms-settings: it just shows the error above. All other ways I've tried. It won't open. Tried command prompts from similar threads and restarted my laptop. Still nothing. I tried to perform a repair upgrade, downloaded the iso for windows 10 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10but then i get stuck at the windows 10 setup "Choose What to Keep" part with this concerning message at the bottom: ‘You can’t keep Windows settings, personal files, and apps because your current version of Windows might be installed in an unsupported directory
