    File system error -2147416359 when launching "Snipping Tool", "Microsoft Store", default...


    Hello everyone. After upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 I've got issue above. None of the methods that I've found yet doesn't help. Even launching "WSReset.exe" is not possible - I keep getting the same error! Same thing with fixing it through "services.msc" there is NO "Windows License Manager". Even uploading screenshots at this forum is not possible for some very dumb reason for me - I'm getting an error or blank image. Please help.Because of the understandable reason I'm not capable of provviding any images except of uploading them on an external source.

    This day i finished an artwork in a typical photo editor. I exported the image and when i wanted to see the final result it gave me this:

    file system error -2147416359 (my default app for images is microsoft photos)

    PS:I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I even tried a different user..but no success

    i have facing File System error (-2147416359) while opening music ,photo windows default application.

    help me to fix this issue, some of other apps are't working pop up window comes up and disappears in seconds.
