Windows 10: File System Error Code -1073741819 .exe files will not run (Windows 10)

Application files .exe are blocked from starting on my Lenovo Windows 10 laptop. File System Error Code -1073741819. I can't find reference to this particular error code anywhere on the internet or Microsoft.


I want to re-install Windows 10, but since .exe files will not run, the program is blocked. Installation cannot take place in Safe Mode.


I am in a loop - setup.exe won't load in regular mode, and in Safe Mode I am instructed to start my computer normally then run setup.exe.


Start -> settings -> gets blocked, so I can't get to Windows Update. In Control Panel, can't create a new user as program execution is blocked.


I have spent four days and $$ on repair software from various vendors. Have run chkdsk a few times. Tried going through the regedit proposed solutions.


I am an experienced computer user.


How to restore my Windows??!!

Windows 10 error "file system error (-1073741819)" can't run any .exe files

I keep getting this file system error (-1073741819)" error after upgrading Win7 to Win10, can't run any .exe files or even run them as admin, so I can't doing anything with CMD prompt either,

anybody know what to here?

 

When try to run .exe file in Windows 10 get Error (-1073741819)

Whenever I try to run any .exe files, up comes the message

File System Error (-1073741819)

I have tried going to a website that tries to tell me to disable the UAC, but when I press OK, it just closes it and does no changes.

I cannot open cmd as a admin or run any .exe files, which is very important to me. Does anyone know how to fix it?

So I just updated to ten, and have all the updates, but whenever I try to run a .exe file, it gives me the error
