Windows 10: file system error ?

hey, so i was trying to set an image as my wallpaper, but i keep getting an error when i try to open it. so first i try to open the file its a .png btw,then it loads for a bit longer than it usually takes to open, well really anythingand then it spits out an error message !the message says" C:\Users\[name]\Downloads\furiesinablender.pngFile system error -805305975." with the big red circle with an X in it as the icon.this is the same for other files but with the file name changed ofc.I'm running windows 10 on an hp ProBook. if you need more info ask and i'll edit the post. tysm !!

  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  
• Restart the computer.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Method 1:

Sign-out from the current User account and sign in to new User account and check.
