    I have recently taken some photos and uploaded them to my usb, i clicked 'like' on the photos and took my usb out. When i plugged in the usb again my photos were shown as 'file type do not supported' even tho theyre just jpg files. any solutions for this?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

    To better assist you, please clarify the following:

    • What steps have you taken so far?
    • did you receive and error message?

    I would suggest you to run System File Checker. its a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restored corrupted files. Follow the steps below:

    • Press Win + R on the keyboard
    • Type CMD the hit OK
    • Type: sfc/scannow at the Command Prompt.

    Let us know how it goes.
