Windows 10: File with my username startup

Someone help me,when I enter windows, a window appears asking how I want to run the Andre file it's my brother's user and I went to the task manager to see what that was, and this file appears in the print and I would like to know whether I can remove or not

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Alright, there's a chance that the profile might be corrupted. We suggest that you create a new user account.

Here are the steps on how to create a new user account:

• Open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the following commands and press Enter after each:
  
  net user username /add. (Replace "username" with any username you want.)
  
  net localgroup administrators username /add. (To make it an admin account)
• If the new user account is already created, ensure Windows Spotlight is enabled and then check if it works.

Word launches at startup

You can delete the Office (Word) shortcut folder from the Windows Startup folder. To do this, refer to the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer by pressing the Windows key +
  E on your keyboard.
• Type the following path into the File Explorer address bar and hit Enter:
  
  C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
  
  (Note: Replace "username" with your user account name.)
  
• Look for the Office shortcut folder and then delete it.
  
• Restart your computer to apply the changes.
