    hello guys, I've noticed it's behaving a bit strange : 1. Desktop files access date change to when I startup my laptop 2. 99% of the other files in other folders change their access date to the time stamp of when deploy an antivirus scan (with defender) or when I scan files individually. For example if I scan a folder, almost all files present will change their access date to when I issued the scan. 3. Some files, like pictures, will change their access date as soon as I right click the picture. so I can't see the last access date but the current one..

    **I scanned my laptop with both full and offline scan using windows defender to check for viruses and it didn't find anything.

    my questions : 1. Is this normal behavior? For scans to change the access dates? For powering up a laptop to change some of them?

    1. Can this be a work of malware? it makes me uneasy

    Recover access database

    HI,

    As Alexfranky suggested, These are some most common reasons due to which an access database file gets corrupted. Whenever you face corruption in your database files, you need to recover the your data and information from them.     Nforce2 > nvidia.com. There you find drivers.

    As for accessing files, take ownership.
