  1. Files appearing even after windows refresh and GPU doesnt appear on task manager.

So I used the windows 10 feature to do a windows 10 refresh on my new lapop. I selected to remove everything and "keep nothing". Everything seems to be cleaned, except for a games folder (I had downloaded two games on it and it was on my SSD). Why are they still here? I thought the refresh would delete everything, but these two particular games are still there in their exact installed directory? They take up around 60 GB, both of them combined.

Also, nvidia geforce says it cannot recommend drivers, basically saying it doesnt know what GPU I have. The task manager also shows everything except the GPU. Does this mean the drivers are not installed? If so, what can I do to install them?
