Windows 10: Files are getting deleted automatically whenever I left click on them?

So, whenever I left click on a folder or a file it gets deleted automatically. Then again when I try to recover my files from recycle bin a pop up comes up which says "do you want to delete your files permanently". My icons are also disappearing from my desktop whenever I left click on them. I have reset the windows several times but it didn't work out . Then I decided to reinstall windows but again it didn't work out. I have scanned the whole pc with windows defender but no threats were found. The problem still exist.

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete

files specially pdfs are getting disappears from the folders where they are saved. so please tell me how to restore these files and check these activity happening in future again........ By the way i have tried suggestion given here Files getting deleted automatically
but nothing happened

whenever i downloading or copying zip file in my PC they are deleting automatically.

• My storage sense is off
• I have added Exclusion for the zip file type.
• I have deleted all the windows updates ( enabled to delete some of them as window is not providing permission to do so)
