Windows 10: Files are no longer visible after a while in Explorer.exe

Hi all,I have a problem that I can't figure out the cause of, and I'm not sure how to solve it.A customer called me and mentioned that, when he has a few folders open using Explorer.exe, the default program for viewing folders in Windows 11, after a while, the folders appear to have no files inside, even though they haven't been touched or modified. If he refreshes the view, the files reappear.This issue occurs even if you enable the option to show hidden files, or adjust other settings like the checkbox. After refreshing the folder, no files are visible, but they come back once you refresh

Music & Pictures folders no longer visible in File Explorer under "This PC"

Music & Pictures folders (libraries?) no longer visible in File Explorer under "This PC". They are still under c:\users\ and are visible in Libraries and all files are still on the PC. Documents is still visible under This PC. No idea what all of a sudden made this happen. I don't seem to be able to change this situation.

I suggest you to refer the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + E keys, opens the File explorer.
• Click on the View tab in File ribbon.
• Click on the Details Pane. Check if the details are appearing in File explorer after selecting any files.
