Windows 10: Files aren't searchable in onedrive

    Files aren't searchable in onedrive


    My organisation has a big one drive folder with all of our files in, I need to search through the folder daily however my search gives no results unless I download every file off the onedrive folder, which was fine for a few weeks but today I've turned my laptop on and 80% of the files I downloaded are now gone and I'm back to not being able to search in the folder again. Nobody else is having this issue and my settings aren't different to anybody else, do you have any ideas why this is happening? I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting but I can't work it out. All my files are synced but have

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly

    The native apps from the system are all showing this strange square instead of the normal icons. Please help resolve this problem. Thanks

    Windows: PDF generated by «Microsoft Print to PDF» is not searchable. Why not?

    Not only it’s not searchable but:

    • the text cannot be copy-pasted
    • the links are not clickable.
