Windows 10: Files in Windows.Old are gone!

    Files in Windows.Old are gone!


    I had a problem with Windows and had to recover it, it worked and created the Windows.Old folder! as I have little space on my pc he asked to activate something called a storage sensor, I did not accept it, but when I went back up my data from Windows.Old folder, it simply disappeared! And I had seen the files in this folder, but after I did the backup they disappeared! I'm desperate, I had important files, I downloaded EaseUs, Recuva but it did not help! What should I do?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
