Windows 10: Files just gone Missing..

I had a bunch of softwares nearly 60GB which has now just gone missing, the space is still occupied by the files, But the parent folder is just not visible. It's not hidden I have checked that and I even ran a recovery software to check for lost files and it just didn't find a thing. I have no trouble downloading those again, but I don't have much space left and I can't store the same files twice as the space is still occupied.

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?
