Windows 10: Files not appearing in Modern library but are visible in Classic

We are running SharePoint Server 2019. We have a specific library that users have set up alerts to receive email notification when a file is added to the library. The email notifications are successfully received. However, when the user navigates to the library, the files are not there. Months ago I had searched the internet for a solution to this problem. The only thing I came up with was a workaround. The workaround is to click the "Switch to Classic SharePoint" link. The files appear in classic mode but as soon as we switch back to modern the files are not visible. And it's not ALL files, i

8300300b Error Message and Music Library not visible

Using the Windows Phone App with HTC 8X, upon starting the app it generates a file list of items but fails with error code 8300300b. Music files in my library are not visible in the app. If I manually copy music files to the phone, they are visible in
the app but the computer library is never visible.

Regarding your concern with the deleted Modern Setup Host file, we’d like to ask the following questions so we can isolate it at the same time:

• What particular action that you’re trying to perform at the time that it was accidentally deleted.?
• May we know where and how it was deleted on your computer?
  
• Were you able to check if the deleted file can be found in the
  Recycle bin?

As an initial step, we suggest that perform a DISM command. This will help repairing possible system file corruptions. Follow these steps:

• Type command in the search box.
• Right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
• Type this command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
• Press Enter.
• Close the Command Prompt windows and check if changes were made related to the Modern Setup Host file.

Duplicate Music Library Sign Windows 10

Method: Restore default Libraries

I would suggest you try the restore library option and check if it helps. Please back up all the files in the library before trying this, just to make sure you don’t lose any files. Refer these steps:

• Open Windows explorer
• In the left panel, locate Library and right click on it
• Click “restore default libraries” option
• Check if the issue persists.
