Windows 10: Files Not Showing on HDD Even Though They are There

Hello,I bought a new internal HDD so I unplugged my other one and plugged the new one in and created a partition. Now when I plugged back in my old one it takes the name of my new one and doesn't show my files even though they are still there. How can I fix this?https://imgur.com/DIN1jCE

HDD in a HDD caddy is not showing up in the disk management

• How are you connecting the HDD Caddy?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

If you are connecting the device using USB, I suggest you to check if other USB devices are recognized as USB devices or Other device. If it is displaying as other device, then the issue might be with the USB port. So, I suggest you to update the USB drivers
by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the drive, select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen prompts.

My new HDD is not showing up on disk manager, but shows up in BIOs

I tried doing that and the 4TB HDD (which would be disk 2 in this case) is not showing up in the disk list, just the first 2 disks aka disk 0 and disk 1

how would i do the rest of the steps if the HDD isn't in the CMD list disk at all?
