Windows 10: Files protected by Bitlocker cannot opened after changing new motherboard

Hi everyone, my hard disk in old computer was protected by bitlocker, however, my computer broken down and I need to remove everything including hard disk to my new motherboard. Even I use the recovery key to unlock and eliminate the bitlocker, it seems that the files still cannot be readable. Do you have any ideas for this? Thank you***moved from zh-hant***

Need to turn off Bitlocker to install Windows 10

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.

Bitlocker Key is invalid after change to new motherboard

I follow the step you given in the link. But as for my issue, user already put the HDD into new motherboard and enable the TPM. For what i see on Command Prompt the recovery key ID was not same as i keep. Is there any other way to get the key as the key
already not the same key that the first time I do the BitLocker.

 

Bitlocker + Motherboard change

Due to a motherboard change, Windows 10 is booting into Bitlocker. But we never set a password nor a recovery key. How can this be disabled and boot normally?
