Windows 10: Files stored in the drvies are not visible and the ones stored in C drive do not open....

Hello Community,Recently, my Windows 11 system crashed and when i tried to reboot, the reboot was successful. I am currently typing this question from thr laptop. The problem I am facing is that my machine keeps making a clicking sound and the files stored in the drives are not visible and also are not opening. The same is the problem with the folders as well. Everytime I try to open this PC, none of the other local disks are loading. Please assist and guide. Iam unable to add screenshot as well due to this same error.

Stored files in Hard Drive

I'd like to know if there's a way of listing all the files stored in my hardware and arrange them by size, because I want to keep track of what's on my hard drive. Thanks, I hope you answer.

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

If the issue persists, let's clear the files related to the Windows Store. Follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Services, and click on Services
  from the results.
• The list of services will appear. Look for Windows Update on the list, right-click on it, and click
  Stop.
• Open File Explorer.
  
• Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete all of its contents. To quickly go to this folder, you can paste the path on the address bar.
• Go back to the Services window, and start the Windows Update service.
• Open the store again.
