Windows 10: Files / text are deleted when I left click / double left click

A few weeks back my files began being deleted when I left click on their icons in my desktop / file explorer.Some times all files under a folder are deleted, if I click in the file list part of the file explorer. When that happens, if I click on the cancel button my click is seen by windows as another delete file order. I have to use the keyboard to press cancel or the mouse and click on the close window icon.Many times I can go the the recycle bin and restore my files. Sometimes they are lost forever.Also, it could happen that if I left click inside a text file, characters to the right of the

Deleting files , shortcuts and all after left, right or double click on that

I am using windows 7 home basic service pack 1

I am facing problem that whenever I left,right or double click on shortcut,files etc many windows regarding delting selected files gets pop-up

Please suggest me something about it

And also it gets hang many times
