Windows 10: Files that I perm deleted magically reappear on desktop

I deleted these files a LONG time ago, they are still appearing, I think it's onedrive, when they reappear, they have this little box icon on it.It has been going on for SO LONG. When i delete them, they reappear again on the desktop in 1 second. Sometimes, when i'm working on something else, it fills the WHOLE SCREEN. It even makes my computer much slower, explorer crashed when i was deleting some of them. Please help! I can't live with a slow computer like this. I'm a gamer.

Is there anyway to have full control to delete things

ever since this new win 7 install this mfpos randomly says i need perm to delete anything.


anyone know of a reg file to load on startup or something

Safe mode might work. And checking the perm settings for those files.

 

Reappearing files I deleted

I suggest you to follow the below steps to delete the folder and check if it's reappear.

    Open the Command prompt with admin (Windows +x and select Command prompt).
    
  • 
    In the command prompt, type the command below and press enter.
    
    NOTE: Substitute
    Full Path of Folder within quotes below with your folder's full path within quotes instead.
    
    RD /S /Q "Full Path of Folder".
    
  • 
    The folder should now be deleted.
    
  • 
    Close the command prompt.
