    Ive just recently switch from a local and im getting this on some of my files. This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer. Im using the same computer. How can i fix this. I switched my microsoft account to a local account while being admin. When i go into files it shows the name of the microsoft account than the local account. Is this a problem.
