Windows 10: Filezilla and any FTP software having slow upload and download windows 10 Pro

I have windows 10 pro latest updated at 20 Feb 2019. I have 100 MBPS Lease line. When i download through normal browser (Firefox or IE) download do not go beyond 150 to 200 Kbps rate. I daily use Filezilla FTP and over there rate is 200 to 250 Kbps. I have already tried different FTP software but same issue. Same i use it in office give proper speed. Basically it should give me 7 to 8 Mbps download rate. which i get in the office.

Is there any setting in Windows i have to tweak?

Setting up Filezilla FTP

Verify his avg isn't blocking it, he doesn't need to configure anything in his router if he's just connecting to you and downloading.

FTPS is actually very simple with filezilla, not at home to walk you through it. But if you got this far I'm sure just playing with it you'll figure it out. Hardest part is setting up the generic certificate with filezilla, which is even very easy.

The 425 can't open data connection is the error I get with my current ISP if I try to run a ftp server through the normal ports (20/21). I tried other ports, I can always connect but can never send a list. So I setup filezilla for ftps and it works great as usual.

Yeah, I port forwarded my router for those ranges, and in Filezilla server settings I set the range from 50000-51000 also using a dedicated IP, as my ISP gives me a dedicated. It sucks, I mean, I called him and said ok logon. My avg popped up saying "hey, somethings going on" , so i permanently allowed it. He connected, I saw him in the status box, then I saw him go passive. His client called a LIST, then he got nothing, a time out. How do I go FTPS?

 

A better FTP client than FileZilla?

I do a ton of work maintaining dedicated game servers for a gaming community, which I must use an FTP client daily for to pull logs, install new plugins and maps, etc. I've been using FileZilla for nearly a year, but I'm finding that I have a lot of issues with it. I keep a lot of the files that I work with in my Downloads folder, and when I scroll through it to get a file, FileZilla completely locks up while looking for the stupid thumbnails for the files in that folder. Also, it never saves my preferences for overwriting files when I upload a queue of them to the servers (it always loses them when the program is exited).

So, is anyone that uses FTP using something better (preferably free)? I just need something that's easy to use, holds a list of servers and their credentials to connect to, has a decent interface with adequate file/folder tree panes for the local and remote computers, and an easy way to view and edit both local and remote files. Any ideas?

The OS I use is Windows 7 x64.
