Windows 10: Filmforth app

hi,I have successfully created a video with this filmforth app. The only thing, i cannot save and export my project. It saves up until 75%, then freezes. I think it has something to do with my pc processor.. but is there something i can do that is relatively easy? thanks in advance

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if that helps.



Method 1: Run app troubleshooter



Try troubleshooting the app using the troubleshooter. Refer the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store



Method 2: Re-register the app

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
2. Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
3. Restart the PC.

Method 3: Test in new user account



Try creating a new user account and see if you’re able to access all the apps. Refer the article

My FilmForth app from Microsoft Store would not launch

I installed FilmForth app from MS store. It installed correctly but launching it won't open it.

The load screen appears and nothing happens after that.

Please help.

Edit - My system is up to date with all the Windows updates.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
