    i am unable to view videos in films and tv and media player. legacy player is the only thing that works for me on windows 10. ive been having this problem for a few months now and it seemed to just appear out of nowhere. when i try to open a video in films and tv, such as an mp4, the video does not load and i only see the buffering icon but sometimes the audio will still play. there is no error message. i have tried rolling back drivers, reinstalling them, deleting the app and redownloading, done a bios update, changed graphics card, changed cpu, changed monitor but nothing has seemed to wor
