    Cuphead Won't Start

    I would say it was just Cuphead but I am experiencing this on all of my games on Windows 10. I've tried to open Cuphead, Final Fantasy XV, Sea of Thieves Final Beta, and others. Dead Rising 4 started for some reason. I would say it's not on the developers
    but something to do with the Xbox App.
