  2. Why does winver show no expiration date?

Here's a Hyper-VM updated to 17040. Initially winver shows no expiration and I made a checkpoint. However the expiration stamp should show the 2018 expiration date reboot - we will see. In the meantime I'm enjoying this fantasy.

Why does winver show no expiration date?

I Pass on trying another update so I can check to see if it has a expiration date or not. I'm more interested in what gets added, fixed or broken in future builds. Find out OS Build Expiration date instead of popup of winver command and copy it to some file :)

  4. Find out OS Build Expiration date instead of popup of winver command and copy it to some file

Why does winver show no expiration date?

Becuase the expiration date will return on reboot. Try an upgrade to build 17040 and see for yourself. I run winver first thing.
